• As part of your subscription, you’ll be asked to book a virtual appointment with us each month. Please note that this step cannot be skipped, and failure to attend your consultation will not result in a refund per our terms and conditions (clause 15.6).

• As part of your consultation, you’ll be expected to weigh yourself, so you must have a scale to hand. You can access our video consultation guide here.
