Our GDPR Responsibility
We take protecting your health information very seriously. We've been following data protection rules since we opened in 2023, and we're committed to meeting the very highest standards of the GDPR.
To make sure your personal data is safe, we've put in place both technical and practical steps. We regularly check all our computer systems and programs, and we fix anything that isn't keeping your data secure.
You can be confident that we're responsible and following the rules. We regularly review and update our data protection policies and procedures to make sure they meet the latest GDPR requirements. We've also checked our agreements with other companies we work with to make sure they comply with the data protection rules that have changed since Brexit.
The GDPR says we need to keep detailed records of how we handle data. We have detailed lists across all parts of our business that show what personal data we have, where it comes from, who we share it with, and what we do with it. This helps us make sure we're following the GDPR.
We also make sure all our staff understand the importance of data protection through training and by encouraging a culture of compliance.
