Aster was built to offer a more structured, clinically governed way for adults in the UK to access weight management support.

For many people, losing weight is not simply a matter of willpower. Appetite, habits, hormones, stress, sleep, emotional eating, long-term health conditions, and previous dieting experiences can all play a role. We wanted to create a service that recognises that reality and responds to it with proper clinical care.
