• Thanks for completing our screening questionnaire and verifying your identity. This helps us to ensure we are prescribing safely for you!

• As part of your subscription, you’ll be asked to book a physical, in-person appointment with us each month. Please note that this step cannot be skipped, and failure to attend your consultation will not result in a refund per our terms and conditions (clause 15.6).

• As part of your consultation, you’ll be entitled to use our body composition scale. This is a requirement for all our consultations, and you must be happy with weighing yourself and seeing other health markers, in the presence of a healthcare professional, in our clinic.
