Sally Proudman
Sally is part of the team behind Pharmacy Clinic Edinburgh and manages the pharmacy across operations, patient communication, service development and day-to-day organisation.
She helps make sure the patient journey feels clear and straightforward, from finding the right service online to booking, attending appointments and receiving follow-up information. Sally also runs the digital side of the pharmacy, including website updates, service pages, patient information and systems that help the clinic run more smoothly.
Her role is focused on keeping things organised, practical and patient-friendly, so patients feel guided rather than confused when they contact or visit the pharmacy.
