Our minor ailments service aims to provide you with a consultation with a member of our healthcare team who can advise you of the best course of treatment for your problem.

Many minor problems fall within this service - please see our complete overview below.

A minor ailments consultation typically lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, and you’ll cover:

  • the nature of your problem

  • potential causes of your ailment

  • potential treatments

  • next steps if you don’t feel better with our advice

Please note as part of this service we are not able to:

  • provide a diagnosis for your illness

  • provide a prescription or prescription-only medicines

  • provide documentation of your visit
