When you register, you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire and provide some supporting information. This usually includes medical history and supporting evidence of a diagnosis and prior treatments.
Not everyone who registers will be eligible for treatment, and registering does not ensure you will get a consultation or treatment.

Video Consultation
You’ll speak to a doctor at Curaleaf about potentially using medical cannabis. Remember, it’s important to be completely honest during your consultation, and remember that a consultation does not guarantee a prescription.
Get Your Prescription
Your prescription will be sent to your chosen pharmacy (us) and we’ll dispense it and let you know when it’s ready to collect.
